Salary Range:$25.00 - $26.50/hour

Location: Stephen Klein Wellness Center at 2144 Cecil B. Moore Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19121. Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.

What You’ll Do

As our Expanded Function Dental Assistant, you’ll perform both clinical and expanded function duties to support our dental team and improve patient outcomes, including:

• Placing amalgam and composite restorations
• Fabricating temporary crowns and bridges
• Conducting coronal polishing, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Preparing patients and treatment areas, assisting with four-handed dentistry
• Managing lab cases, inventory, and equipment maintenance
• Educating patients and coordinating follow-up appointments

What We’re Looking For

• EFDA License in Pennsylvania (or Dental Assisting Program graduate)
• Current Radiology Certificate and CPR (BLS) certification
• Excellent patient care skills and a trauma-informed, culturally competent approach
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records, Microsoft Office, and ideally NextGen

Preferred:

• 3+ years as an EFDA or Dental Assistant
• Experience in clinical team leadership
