Project HOME achieves its mission through a continuum of services comprised of street outreach, a range of supportive housing, and comprehensive services. We address the root causes of homelessness through neighborhood-based affordable housing, economic development, and environmental enhancement programs, as well as through providing access to employment opportunities; adult and youth education; and health care.

Job Summary- The Senior Program Manager (SPM) is responsible for the overall management of the Outreach Coordination Center (OCC). Through the OCC, the SPM coordinates teams of outreach workers who conduct street outreach 24-hours per day, 7-days per week. The SPM oversees daily operations, data collection and reporting and a 24- hour Homeless Outreach Hotline. The SPM also plans for weather emergencies (such as a Code Blue or a Code Red) and the SPM organizes seasonal counts of people who are unsheltered. Art Program Coordinator is responsible for daily creative arts classes in-person at Project HOME sites. They support Project HOME residents attending Project HOME and partner organizations' classes. And they help plan, curate, and hang at least one (1) public art exhibition.
