Project HOME is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology projects that advance our mission to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget-while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects that support organizational goals.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate internal staff and external vendors for seamless execution.
• Support organizational learning by designing and delivering project-related training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of project management experience, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project, Monday.com).
• PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
