Are you a bold, mission-driven leader ready to transform the landscape of recovery services in Philadelphia? Project HOME is seeking a Program Manager - MAT Services to spearhead operations, strategy, and quality improvement for our Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) programs across multiple sites-including Stephen Klein Wellness Center, Hub of Hope, Pathways to Housing PA Integrated Clinic, and Street Medicine.
In this pivotal leadership role, you'll oversee a dynamic, interdisciplinary team and ensure the seamless integration of substance use treatment with primary care and behavioral health services. What You'll Do:
Lead with vision and impact: Oversee day-to-day operations of MOUD services, ensuring recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care across multiple sites.
Elevate care quality: Collaborate with physicians, NPs, behavioral health professionals, and peers to deliver integrated, patient-centered treatment that drives improved outcomes.
Develop people and teams: Supervise and mentor a diverse staff-including peers and program administrators-while fostering a culture of equity, accountability, and professional growth.
Drive operational excellence: Standardize workflows, leverage data systems (e.g., EHR), and implement quality improvement strategies to strengthen program performance and sustainability.
Shape the future: Guide strategic planning and cross-agency collaboration to expand access to low-barrier MOUD services, including satellite and mobile programs.
Be a voice for impact: Represent MOUD services in leadership forums, prepare reports for funders and stakeholders, and manage budgets aligned with organizational goals.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree Required.
3+ years supervisory experience in healthcare or behavioral health setting. REQUIRED.
Proven expertise in substance use treatment rooted in harm reduction, trauma-informed, and anti-racist frameworks. REQUIRED.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and inspire a culture of collaboration.
Comfort with data analysis, trend monitoring, and quality improvement.
Deep commitment to health equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive care.
10% Travel to other site locations.
