Position Overview: The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Supportive Housing Operations plays a crucial role in providing strategic leadership to ensure that Project HOME's housing programs align with our mission and values. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team this individual will lead the development, management, and growth of our residential services while promoting operational excellence, long-term sustainability, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Location: 1415 Fairmount Ave. Philadelphia, PA, with regular visits to all operating locations
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite/2 days remote
Salary Range: $172,169-$181,511 based on education and experience
