About the Role:
Job Summary: The Site Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one or more designated clinic locations. This role ensures efficient patient flow, compliance with healthcare regulations, the delivery of high-quality services, and a focus on patient-centered care. While the position involves minimal to no direct supervision of staff, the Site Lead collaborates closely with various departments to optimize clinic performance and patient satisfaction.

- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Pay Rate: $21.98 / hourly
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including patient scheduling, registration, and service delivery.
- Coordinate with leadership to ensure a consistent, compliant, and patient-centered experience across sites.
- Monitor workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Serve as liaison between clinic and administration to support effective communication and initiative implementation.
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to address operational challenges and drive quality improvement efforts.
- rack patient satisfaction and support strategies to enhance care delivery.
- Manage front office staffing schedules, ensuring proper coverage and workflow.
- Assist with billing, insurance verification, and financial transactions.
- Provide support to other PHHS sites as needed and maintain required certifications and training.
Required Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare setting, preferably within an FQHC or community health center.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and practice management systems; front desk operations including scheduling, patient registration, and insurance verification; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and at various locations throughout Philadelphia to meet organizational needs
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, data entry, electronic medical record, and use of business email.
What Experience and Qualifications You May Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of FQHC operations and regulations is highly desirable.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Prior Experience with eClinical Works EMR.
- Experience delivering services to persons with histories of homelessness, mental illness, substance dependence, and trauma.
- Knowledge of de-escalation methods or willing to be trained in these methods.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to move or remain sedentary for periods of time in various locations.
