Job Summary:
The Senior Human Resources Operations Managers
is responsible for the successful management of our employee onboarding and
engagement life cycle. This includes management of recruitment, new hire
orientation, benefits administration, employee relations and investigation,
unemployment, workers compensation and compliance with federal, state, and
local labor regulations as well as the administration of our internal policies
and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage
the daily operations of the HR team, recruiters, generalist, and administrators.
- Administer
the compensation and benefit programs, including the 401(k) plan administration
and audit.
- Develop
and drive our talent acquisition strategy to ensure a culturally diverse
workforce of employees that meet the requirements for each position.
- Ensure
new employee orientation fosters a connection to the mission and organizational
objectives.
- Oversee
the management of benefit programs, ensuring compliance with leave requirements
and filings.
- Liaise
between departments or other groups to ensure HR Services are delivered timely
and effectively.
- Oversee
the management of worker's compensation and unemployment filings.
- Work
closely with the Sr Director of HR, supervisors and legal counsel, to manage
employee relations, ensuring employee terminations and disciplinary matters are
handled in a fair sensitive and respectful manner.
- Assist
the Sr. Director of HR in developing and monitoring internal HR Department
goals, promoting a positive staff culture, enhancing employee engagement,
support and staff development.
- Assist
the Sr. Director of HR in development training and the administration of the
performance management process.
- Recommend,
develop, communicate and enforce policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's
degree and a minimum of 7 years' experience in human resources, including
recruiting, benefits administration, labor relations, and payroll processing or
10 years' experience in the human resource field.
- A minimum of 3 years management/supervision
of an HR team
- Demonstrated experience
building strong partnership across organizational lines.
- Strong
knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills, demonstrated experience
using online collaboration tools and HRIS software product(s).
- Ability
to work efficiently, effectively, and proactively in a fast-paced,
deadline-oriented, environment.
- Ability
to follow processes and procedures, and ability to use sound judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM
-CP or PHR certification preferred.

effectively. Able to prioritize tasks well.

communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills to
