The Behavioral Health Support Specialist will primarily be responsible for supporting all services within the Behavioral Health Services Department, building on their experience as a Student Intern providing counseling and clinical interventions with support of Licensed Behavioral Health Consultants to patients and providing operational and patient engagement support to the MOUD Program Team and Patients in a manner that upholds the health center's mission and quality standards and results in better patient health outcomes and overall satisfaction, and stronger operational and fiscal capacity of Project HOME Healthcare services (PHHS). |
