Benefits Specialist

At Project HOME, every role contributes to our mission of empowering individuals to achieve stability, wellness, and self-determination. As a Benefits Specialist, you'll help patients overcome barriers to healthcare by connecting them with insurance coverage, financial assistance, medications, specialty care, and other essential resources.

You'll work directly with patients to navigate Medicaid, Marketplace, Medicare, Project HOME's sliding fee program, and other benefits while helping ensure accurate coverage information and supporting the financial sustainability of our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).

If you enjoy helping people navigate complex systems, solving problems, and providing compassionate, hands-on support, we'd love to hear from you.
