Business Development Manager (Social Enterprises)

At Project HOME, every role contributes to our mission of empowering individuals to achieve stability, wellness, and self-determination. As the Business Development Manager (Social Enterprises), you'll lead a portfolio of mission-driven businesses that create meaningful employment and skill-building opportunities for Project HOME residents and alumni.

This is a unique opportunity to combine business leadership with social impact. You'll have significant autonomy and ownership for the financial and operational performance of Project HOME's social enterprises, building on an established business model while identifying new opportunities for growth, profitability, and impact.

Just as importantly, you'll lead teams in an environment where business success and employee development go hand in hand. If you're an entrepreneurial, people-centered leader who can manage the bottom line, develop people, and find creative ways to grow a business, we'd love to hear from you.
