The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Supportive Housing Operations plays a crucial role in providing strategic leadership to ensure that Project HOME’s housing programs align with our mission and values. Job Summary: The Dental Practice at Project HOME prides itself on the highest quality care and efficient access for persons experiencing homelessness and for adults and children in our North Philadelphia neighborhood, including people who lack dental insurance coverage. The Dental Practice Manager supports a team of three general dentists and one Public Health Dental Hygienist at two locations (Stephen Klein Wellness Center and Hub of Hope). The Dental Practice Manager provides leadership, role modeling, and supervision for the front desk staff, Dental Assistants, and Expanded Function Dental Assistants (EFDAs). This position carries primary responsibility for a staff of nine (9) who maintain, monitor, and conduct scheduling, registration and outreach to maximize patient access, provider productivity, treatment completion sand revenue. The Dental Practice Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, developing and evaluating staff, as well as setting standards for patient-centered, hospitable care. The Dental Practice Manager also ensures the Dental Assistants and EFDAs follow clinical standards for quality and safety set by the Dental Director. We are looking for an energetic Part Time Assistant Teacher. In this role, you assist and provide classroom support in the after-school program with the option to work during summer camp. This role assists with daily transportation of students, which can include driving, assisting as a van aide, or walking to local schools to pick up students. Job Summary: The Senior Property Manager provides leadership, innovation, and vision in the management of residential facilities (multi-site supportive and affordable housing). This includes supervision of staff, financial management, and property management. In conjunction with the Residential Program Managers, the Senior Property Manager will ensure that the properties within their portfolio are properly maintained, fully occupied with high levels of rent collection while providing the residents and staff with a clean and safe environment in which to live and work. As the first point of contact for applicants for Project HOME, the Leasing Specialist is responsible for maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the specific residential programs and housing referral policy and procedure, creating relationships with government, city, and local referral agencies, as well as connecting with incoming applicants in a manner consistent with the mission of Project HOME. The specialist facilitates the intake process, including interviews, working with referral agencies to collect required documentation, and coordinating with the Program and Property Managers to ensure that the lease signings and move-ins are occurring in a timely fashion.

The Property Clerk is a central figure in our buildings, supporting our employees and serving as a friendly and professional point of contact for staff, residents, contractors, and guests. The Property Clerk supports the Property Manager and the Assistant Property Manager with general administrative activities, maintaining appropriate filing systems, and assisting with resident communications to ensure daily operations and services to the residents run smoothly. Job Summary- The Senior Program Manager (SPM) is responsible for the overall management of the Outreach Coordination Center (OCC). Through the OCC, the SPM coordinates teams of outreach workers who conduct street outreach 24-hours per day, 7-days per week. The SPM oversees daily operations, data collection and reporting and a 24- hour Homeless Outreach Hotline. The SPM also plans for weather emergencies (such as a Code Blue or a Code Red) and the SPM organizes seasonal counts of people who are unsheltered. The SPM supervises the assistant program manager of the OCC, the OCC administrative coordinator and the outreach team leads.

Job summary- The Maintenance Technician (MT) is responsible for maintaining the properties, systems, and equipment of Project HOME (PH) throughout the PH residences and facilities. The primary responsibility of the MT will be the completion of maintenance work orders as assigned. These work orders will include but not be limited to repairs, general preventative maintenance items, and other projects as deemed fit by the facilities director.
