Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Compensation:
$25.00–$26.50 per hour

What You’ll Do

As our Expanded Function Dental Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering quality, person-centered care by:

  • Placing amalgam and composite restorations
  • Fabricating temporary crowns and bridges
  • Performing coronal polishing, fluoride treatments, and sealants
  • Preparing patients and assisting with four-handed dentistry
  • Managing lab cases, inventory, and equipment maintenance
  • Educating patients and helping coordinate their follow-up care

What We’re Looking For

  • Active EFDA License in Pennsylvania (or Dental Assisting Program graduate)
  • Current Radiology and CPR (BLS) certifications
  • A trauma-informed, compassionate approach to patient care
  • Comfort with EHR systems and Microsoft Office (NextGen experience is a plus)
  • Bonus points for:
    • 3+ years of EFDA or dental assisting experience
    • Experience in leading or mentoring within a clinical team
