Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Salary: $52,000 - $61,000 based on experience

What You’ll Do
As an Expanded Function Dental Assistant, you’ll support high-quality, patient-centered care across clinical, operational, and team functions. You’ll provide expanded dental services within Pennsylvania scope, including restorations, sealants, fluoride treatments, coronal polishing, radiographs, chairside support, and accurate documentation. You’ll also educate patients on treatment plans, aftercare, oral hygiene, and overall health.You’ll maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment by following OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA standards, sterilizing instruments, managing equipment, and supporting inventory and supply processes. Your role also includes basic lab work such as fabricating temporary restorations and maintaining case flow with external labs.You’ll contribute to quality improvement and assurance efforts, supporting key health initiatives and participating in audits, patient safety reviews, and team-based care. This role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent care every day.

What You'll Bring
  • Current Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) license for the commonwealth of PA (Applications will be accepted for those in a certified EFDA program eligible to apply for licensure to be obtained before hire)
  • Current DANB Radiation & Health Safety Certification OR eligibility to obtain within first 90 days
  • Current CPR (BLS) Certification OR able to obtain within first 90 days
  • Proficiency with EHRs andcomputers (Microsoft Word, internet, electronic charting)
