We are seeking a patient-oriented and adaptable Dental Assistant who will prepare rooms and patients for quality dental treatment by ensuring all necessary established systems and processes are followed.

The Wellness Services Benefits Counselor has the primary responsibility of assessing patients' eligibility for insurance and other health care access supports such as patient assistance programs, social services, and Project HOME's sliding fee schedule. This role is essential for patient access to specialty care and medications as well as for the Wellness Center's fiscal sustainability.

The project manager is responsible for managing residential and commercial development projects through all phases of development, including preconstruction, closing, construction, and post-construction.

The Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with all HUD grants/ contracts/ regulations, HOME regulations for properties owned by Project HOME (PH) and Managed Entities. The position will serve as the Project Home point person and specialist on all compliance matters.

The Assistant Property Manager works closely with the Property Manager, tenants, and others to oversee all aspects of the building operations. They are responsible for assisting with administrative and organizational duties, liaising with residents, facility maintenance, collecting rent, leasing of the building, marketing, and processing tenant move-ins and move-outs. This position requires troubleshooting property and resident related issues. Duties are to be discharged in an independent manner, with attention to detail, accuracy, and a high level of professionalism with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The Maintenance Technician (MT) is responsible for maintaining the properties, systems, and equipment of Project HOME (PH) throughout the PH residences and facilities. The primary responsibility of the MT will be the completion of maintenance work orders as assigned. These work orders will include but not be limited to repairs, general preventative maintenance items, and other projects as deemed fit by the facilities director. It is the goal of department and staff alike to make the department as self-sufficient as possible in an effort to supply to PH the highest quality of work.

The Program Support Specialist acts as a member of the floating shared services team which provides mobile support throughout Project HOME's residential programs. They will provide coordinated coverage across Project HOME's 24-hour staffed Permanent and Entry-Level sites, including our respite and safe-haven programs. The position requires staff to quickly engage with staff and residents, understand site operations, and provided necessary programmatic support. This could include assisting existing staff with daily programming, completing new resident intake/discharge, and responding to on-site incidents. The Program Support Specialist must maintain a flexible schedule and be able to work independently. This staff person must engage individuals experiencing homelessness in an authentic and compassionate manner.
Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead a multi-faceted organization that includes a complex nonprofit organization, 13 managed entities, and $275 million in assets. The CEO will represent Project HOME developing and maintaining authentic and effective relationships with individual donors, institutional funders, elected officials, and community stakeholders. The CEO will be responsible for ensuring the organization’s fiscal health, upholding its values, and enhancing its stellar reputation.
The Senior Director of Human Resources is responsible for providing strategic vision and management of all aspects of Project HOME's human resources department, including recruitment, employee engagement, staff development and promotion, performance management, benefits administration and HR policies and procedures.

The Housing and Health Care Stabilization Coordinator will lead and develop the processes of the “Hospital to Home” program to connect people with serious and persistent substance use from the hospital to home. The coordinator will create a system to provide holistic care for unsheltered people with physical and behavioral health needs. This position will provide direct administrative, social services, and programmatic services support for the Residential Teams and Hospital staff who are part of the Estadt Lubert Collaborative. The coordinator will be a liaison between Project HOME, health systems, and the housing resources for referred participants by connecting them to resources and programming. This will involve meeting with the referred participants to evaluate the appropriate resources and programming available.
The Substitute Kitchen Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Kitchen Coordinator in ensuring adequate nutritional and dietary standards are met for all residents, including meal preparation, ensuring the kitchen is clean, orderly, well stocked and meeting Health Department standards. Schedule: Weekends, hours vary.
