Are you a family medicine physician with a passion for community health and a heart for underserved populations? Project HOME is seeking a dedicated Physician to join our multidisciplinary team at the Stephen Klein Wellness Center, providing high-quality primary care to residents, neighbors, and individuals experiencing homelessness in Philadelphia. What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive primary care for children, adults, and pregnant individuals
Perform basic office procedures and LARC placements
Collaborate closely with behavioral health staff and social workers for coordinated care
Deliver patient-centered OB/GYN services with an emphasis on quality and dignity
Precept medical students and residents, modeling trauma-informed careLead or contribute to community outreach, screenings, and health education events
Uphold Project HOME’s mission of healthcare as a human right
Contribute to Patient-Centered Medical Home goals and quality improvement efforts
Who You Are
? Graduate of an accredited Family Medicine residency
? Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
? CPR certified and committed to evidence-based care
? Preferably experienced in underserved communities or FQHCs
? Proficient in OB/GYN care and minor procedures
? Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to racial and social equity
? Strong communicator and collaborator across clinical and community environments
