This position focuses on outreach, engagement, and support to ensure people have access to housing, social services, and benefits.
You will collaborate with street outreach teams, the Office of Homeless Services (OHS), and the Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disability Services (DBHIDS) to identify and assess individuals in need of housing. This role is essential to creating pathways toward housing stability while fostering trust, respect, and equitable access to resources.
As the Assistant Teacher for the After-School Program, you will support a welcoming, high-quality learning environment that fosters academic growth, life skills, and social development for students in grades K–8.
