Project HOME is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Talent & Recruitment to lead the development and execution of equitable, strategic hiring practices across the organization. This leader will oversee a high-performing recruitment team, partner closely with hiring managers, and shape a best-in-class talent acquisition function that advances our mission, supports organizational growth, and fosters a diverse, inclusive workplace.

This pivotal leadership role oversees our recruitment team and partners across departments to design and execute a strategic, equitable hiring approach rooted in our mission. From shaping systems to nurturing relationships, the Senior Manager of Talent & Recruitment will ensure that every touchpoint in our hiring process reflects our deep commitment to equity, belonging, and organizational excellence.

  • Location: 2144 Cecil B. Moore Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19121 (Stephen Klein Wellness Center)
  • Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite/2 days remote
  • Pay Rate: $98,586. / Annually (based on education & experience)

What You'll Do:

  • Build, Lead, and Develop a Team: Lead a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide mentorship, training, and professional development to drive success.
  • Strategic Partnership with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop customized recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and culture.
  • Optimize Recruiting Processes: Implement and refine best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and improve the overall candidate experience. Utilize technology and data-driven insights to optimize hiring workflows. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting, and implement new ideas and innovative solutions to drive better recruiting outcomes
  • Achieve Recruitment Goals: Set clear expectations, track progress against hiring goals, and leverage analytics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Champion Equity in Hiring: Drive inclusive hiring strategies that attract, assess, and hire diverse talent. Ensure hiring practices align with our Equity in Hiring Framework and commitment to fostering a welcoming and equitable workplace.

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role. (REQUIRED)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, employer branding, and process optimization with a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • You've built and led a recruitment team and know how to create a strong, collaborative culture.
  • You've partnered with hiring managers and helped them find the right talent while improving the hiring process.
  • You're passionate about inclusion and have implemented strategies to attract and retain diverse candidates.
  • You love data-driven decision-making and have used analytics to refine recruitment strategies.
  • You thrive in a complex organization structure and enjoy balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on recruitment work.
